The job
We’re looking for someone who loves pizza, cares about the details and enjoys getting the best out of a team.
Charlie’s is a busy neighbourhood pizzeria. We’re proud of what we make and want someone who shares that pride to take charge of the kitchen’s day-to-day running.
You’ll be hands-on with prep and service, keeping the kitchen organised and making sure the team have what they need to do a great job. You don’t need to arrive knowing everything about our pizza, but you do need to be interested, willing to learn our sourdough process and committed to getting it right.

The job
Great pizza starts well before service. We’re looking for someone who loves pizza and wants to learn how we make ours, from mixing the dough to getting everything ready for the day.
A big part of this role is learning and looking after our sourdough process. We’ll teach you in-house how we mix, ferment, ball, store and prove our dough, and how to recognise when it’s ready.
Alongside dough production, you’ll help with general kitchen prep, making sure the service team have everything they need.
